Standard Business Terms and Customer Information
Basic Provisions
The following business terms are applicable to all the contracts via the www.indospice.de website. Unless otherwise agreed upon, inclusion of your own conditions is ruled out.
A ‘consumer’ means any natural person who concludes a legal transaction which cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activities. A ‘businessman’ refers to any natural or legal person or partnership acting in their professional or commercial capacity.
Conclusion of the Contract
The subject-matter of the contract is the selling of products. By placing the product on our website, we provide a binding offer to conclude a sales agreement under the stated item conditions.
The purchase agreement takes place via the online shopping cart system. Products intended for purchase are placed in the cart. After entering required personal, shipping, and payment data on checkout, all details are shown on the order summary page.
Instant payment systems (PayPal, Amazon Pay, Sofort, etc.) may redirect you to their pages. You can review and change order data anytime before submission. By clicking the “purchase” button, you declare acceptance of the offer, forming a legally binding purchase agreement.
Orders and confirmations are processed automatically via email. Please ensure your email address is valid and that emails are not blocked by SPAM filters.
Right of Retention & Reservation of Proprietary Rights
You can only exercise a right of retention for claims arising from the same contractual relationship. Goods remain our property until full payment is received.
Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply. Consumers are requested to check goods for completeness and damage upon delivery and notify us and the shipping company promptly. Failure to do so has no effect on your legal claims.
Choice of Law & Jurisdiction
German law applies. This does not deprive consumers of protections under laws of their country of residence.
If you are not a consumer, our place of business is both jurisdiction and fulfilment venue. The same applies when no general jurisdiction exists within Germany or the EU. The UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Contract language is English. The full text of the contract is not stored by us. Before submission, you can print or save contract data from your browser. After order receipt, the order data, legal distance selling information, and business terms are emailed to you.

Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT and all price components. Shipping costs are extra unless free delivery is specified. Payment methods are listed on our website and are due immediately unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Conditions
Delivery conditions, timelines, and any supply restrictions are stated on our site or in each quote. Risk passes to consumers upon delivery. If you commission a transport company not specified by us, risk transfers upon handover to that carrier.
Statutory Warranty Right
Liability for defects follows the warranty provisions in these terms.
Protection of Minors
No alcohol may be sold or served to individuals under 16. Beer and wine may only be sold to persons over 16. Spirits, aperitifs, and alcopops only to those over 18.
