This page outlines the shipping options, estimated delivery windows, and associated fees for purchases made through our online shop. Please note that this policy is provided for informational purposes and reflects our standard delivery practices — it does not establish any separate legally binding rights or obligations beyond those already applicable by law.

Complimentary shipping

Orders that meet or exceed the minimum spend threshold qualify for free delivery. The applicable threshold is displayed in the shipping rates table above.

Maximum parcel weight

Each individual parcel is limited to a maximum weight of 25 kg. Should your order exceed this weight limit, it will be split across multiple parcels. In such cases, you will receive your complete order in separate shipments.

How we ship & estimated timeframes

Shipping fees are calculated automatically by our website or app at checkout. The final charge depends on your chosen delivery option, the selected courier, your delivery location, and the combined dimensions and weight of the items in your order.

Orders submitted before 11:00 pm on a business day are typically dispatched on the same day. Orders placed after this cut-off will be shipped on the following business day. We reserve the right to adjust these timeframes at our discretion under certain circumstances. Upon successful placement of your order, you will receive an email confirmation. Depending on our current order volume, it may take several business hours to prepare and send your invoice by email. At that point, your order status will be updated to confirmed and it will be queued for dispatch.

Tracking your order & delivery windows

Shipment tracking is provided for every order placed through our shop. Customers within Germany may select their preferred courier service, and deliveries are generally completed within 1 to 3 business days.

Our current logistics partners for shipments within Germany are DPD and DHL. In exceptional situations, we may assign a different carrier at our discretion.

Receiving your delivery

All shipments require in-person receipt at the specified delivery address, along with a signature upon handover.

If delivery is unsuccessful

In the event that delivery cannot be completed, the courier will typically leave a notification card at your address containing instructions on how and where to collect your parcel, along with a deadline for pickup. In most cases, the courier will attempt to leave the package with a neighbour or deposit it at the nearest parcel collection point.

If no notification card is left, the courier's online tracking system is usually updated with the pickup location and available collection times. When collecting a parcel in person, you will generally need to present proof of address (in Germany, this is typically an "Anmeldung" certificate) along with a valid passport or ID. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee delivery to your specified address in every case. Depending on the circumstances, you may need to collect your package from the closest parcel shop.

Shipping issues & re-delivery

If you encounter any difficulties with your delivery, please get in touch with us using the contact information published on our website. In cases where our courier is unable to deliver your order due to circumstances attributable to you, and you do not collect the items within the timeframe set by the courier, we may arrange a second delivery attempt. However, please note that we reserve the right to pass on the actual re-delivery costs to you, even if the original shipment was delivered free of charge.

The following are examples of situations where a failed delivery would be considered your responsibility:

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided at checkout
  • The delivery address contains errors or incomplete details
  • The delivery location is not reasonably accessible for the courier
  • The delivery location presents safety concerns that prevent access
  • Where in-person receipt is not mandatory, there is no secure place to leave the package and no one is present to accept it
  • Where in-person receipt and a signature are required, no one is available at the address to receive the shipment

Collection from a parcel shop

If your order has been redirected to a parcel shop, please collect it within 5 business days by presenting a valid photo ID that shows your current address (matching the delivery address on the order).
