Return, Refund & Order Cancellation Guidelines

Right of withdrawal for private customers

(For the purposes of this policy, a 'private customer' refers to any individual entering into a transaction that is primarily unrelated to their trade, business, or professional occupation.)

How to exercise your withdrawal right

Your right to withdraw

You are entitled to cancel this agreement within a 14-day window without providing any reason. This 14-day withdrawal period begins:

• from the date on which you, or a person you have authorised (other than the shipping carrier), physically receives the goods — this applies when a single product or multiple products from one order are shipped and delivered together;
• from the date on which you, or a person you have authorised (other than the shipping carrier), physically receives the final item — this applies when multiple products from one order are shipped and delivered on different dates;

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is enough to send your cancellation notice before the 14-day period has ended.

What happens after you withdraw

Once you cancel this agreement, we will reimburse every payment we have received from you, including the original shipping charges (excluding any extra costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the most affordable standard option we offer). This reimbursement will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

We will process your refund using the same payment method you used for the original purchase, unless we have mutually agreed on a different method. No additional fees will be charged to you for this refund.

We reserve the right to withhold the refund until we have received the returned products, or until you provide proof that the items have been dispatched back to us — whichever occurs first.

You will be responsible for covering the direct cost of shipping the products back to us. This cost is estimated at no more than approximately EUR 9.99.

You are only liable for any reduction in the value of the products if that loss in value is the result of handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the nature, characteristics, and proper functioning of the items.

When withdrawal does not apply

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for agreements involving:

• products that are custom-made, personalised, or manufactured according to your individual specifications or requirements;
• products that are perishable or have a short shelf life that would expire rapidly;
• any items listed under our "SAVE FOOD" category;
• alcoholic beverages where the price was fixed at the time of purchase, delivery can only occur after 30 days, and the market value is subject to fluctuations beyond our control;
• newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, unless purchased through a subscription arrangement.

The withdrawal right also ceases to apply in the following situations:

• for sealed products that cannot be returned due to health or hygiene considerations, once the seal has been broken after delivery;
• for products that have been irreversibly combined or mixed with other items following delivery;
• for audio recordings, video recordings, or computer software delivered in a sealed package, once the seal has been opened after delivery.
